Baby It's Cold Outside

Brrrr. It is really getting cold here at night. Thank goodness we live in the South. I would complain all the time if it were any colder. We have had a fire in the fireplace already. The ultimate comfort: sitting in front of the crackling fire with hot chocolate in my hand.
I finally put a picture of Starbucks on the blog. This is a pretty rare picture, he usually doesn't like for Hunter to sit on him. He would much rather lick him.

Weekend Update

Nathan was out of town this weekend on a fall youth retreat. We met Brooke for dinner on Friday night. We were dressed exactly alike. I guess after living together for three years, you start to think alike. We then enjoyed delicious pumpkin spice latte's while Hunter played with the trains at Barnes & Noble.
On Saturday our shepherding group met and carved pumpkins. I didn't get a chance to carve ours. We did get some cute pumpkin pics that Mark took. That night we had dinner with my parents and Michael. We had a great weekend, but certainly missed daddy.

10 months

Hunter is now 10 months. I know I say it every month, but time is passing by so quickly. Our little man always wants to be on the move. This group of pictures is a small window into how hard it is becoming to take this pictures. Hunter is full of joy, and we are so grateful for that joy and thankful to Him for that great gift.

A few more pictures with some clothes on.

Mondays

We love Mondays in the Scholl house because it is Nathan's day off. Hunter and Daddy don't see each other much on Sunday, so it's a perfect day for us to hang out. Today we went to the park and enjoyed a picnic, a beautiful walk and a fun time swinging. Hunter LOVES to swing. Tonight we went to Locopops after dinner. For those not around here, Locopops has delicious gourmet popsicles. I ventured out from my favorite of mojito and tried blueberry lemon tarragon. I wish I had a picture of Hunters blue mouth. Nathan had pumpkin pine nut. And yes, I will be getting my favorite next time we go back, it can't be beat!

Museum Of Life & Science

Yesterday, we went to the museum. We had a wonderful time. The weather was marvelous, Hunter even switched from long sleeves to short sleeves while we were there. Hunter's favorite thing was seeing and touching the donkey. The donkey was quite content to let Hunter grab his ear (the first picture). He had a smile on his face the whole time. We will continue to go back and look forward to watching Hunter interact with more things!
